Rental Villa / Holiday Home Agreement

This agreement is made between Get Up And Go Tours (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”) and the person(s) making the reservation (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”). Upon completion of the reservation, the following terms are deemed to have been accepted.

1. Purpose of Accommodation

The Guest may use the rented villa or holiday home solely for holiday accommodation purposes. The property may not be used for meetings, weddings, parties, commercial activities, illegal activities, or any events that may disturb neighbors.

2. Reservation and Payment

The reservation is confirmed once a 30% prepayment is received. The remaining balance is payable in cash or bank transfer upon the Guest’s arrival.
Payments by credit card must be made at least 50 days before the check-in date by contacting the Agency. Tracking of credit card payments is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
If credit card payment is not completed 50 days prior to arrival, the Guest accepts to pay the remaining amount by cash or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If the Guest cancels 60 days or more before the arrival date, 10% of the total accommodation fee will be deducted as a cancellation fee and the remaining prepayment will be refunded.
• If the Guest cancels less than 60 days before the arrival date, the prepayment will not be refunded.
• In extraordinary circumstances (earthquake, natural disaster, epidemic, war, extraordinary administrative decisions, etc.), cancellations made within 14 days from the start of the extraordinary situation will receive a full refund of any prepayment.
• For cancellations not made within the first 14 days of the extraordinary situation, standard cancellation rules apply.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: 16:00
Check-out: 10:00
The Guest must comply with these times. Late check-outs are charged extra. Unapproved or unnotified late check-outs will be deducted from the damage deposit.

5. Services Included in the Price

Use of air conditioning, electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi (if available), key delivery, bathroom and bed linens, daily pool and garden maintenance, check-in and check-out cleaning, and weekly mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14 days or more are included in the accommodation fee.
For stays of up to 6 nights, a cleaning fee is charged.

6. Deposit and Damages

The damage deposit amount is specified in the villa/holiday home details.
A damage deposit is collected upon check-in and refunded after inspection if no damage or loss is found.
Any damage caused during the stay will be deducted from the deposit.

7. Capacity and Visitors

The maximum capacity is limited to the number of people stated in the reservation. No additional guests are allowed.
If more guests arrive than stated, the prepayment will be taken as a penalty and the Guest will not be allowed to enter the villa.
The Guest agrees not to accommodate more people than declared in the reservation.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

9. House Rules

• All air conditioners must be turned off when the house is empty.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors; it is allowed only on balconies and terraces.
• Activities causing disturbance to neighbors or residents are prohibited.
• Garbage must be disposed of in designated or nearest bins.
• The Guest is responsible for their own safety inside and outside the villa.

10. Safety Rules

Pool & Child Safety
• Pool depth is approximately 150 cm. Non-swimmers are not allowed to enter the pool.
• Beware of slippery and wet surfaces.
• Do not enter the pool under the influence of alcohol or medication.
• Swimming at night is prohibited.
• Children must be supervised around the pool and stairs at all times.

Electrical & Fire Safety
• Do not interfere with sockets, cables, fuse boxes, or pool motor areas.
• Unplug electrical devices when not in use.
• Inform the property owner of electrical failures; do not intervene.
• Open-flame items (candles, hookah, etc.) are prohibited.
• Learn the location of the fire extinguisher.

Gas Safety
• The gas stove must be turned off when not in use.
• In case of gas smell, contact the property owner immediately.
• Cylinder replacement must be done only by authorized personnel.

Balcony, Terrace & Stair Safety
• Leaning or climbing on railings is prohibited.
• Children must not be left alone on balconies or terraces.
• Running on stairs is prohibited.

Barbecue Use
• Do not use liquid flammables for lighting.
• Do not leave the barbecue unattended.
• Keep small children away from the barbecue area.
• Barbecue may only be used in the designated areas.

Chemical Materials
• Keep cleaning products and chemicals away from children.
• Unauthorized pest control is prohibited.

Extraordinary Situations
• In earthquakes, storms, or similar situations, stay in safe indoor areas and notify the property owner.
• Use designated assembly points.

Responsibility
• The Guest is responsible for ensuring that all accompanying individuals follow the rules.
• In case of serious injury or emergency, call 112.

12. Legal Provisions

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
In case of disputes, Fethiye courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.

The parties declare that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
