Our villas come in different sizes, and each villa’s maximum occupancy is detailed on its page on our website. When choosing a villa for your family or group of friends, please make sure to select one with the appropriate number of beds and room layout.
Accommodation beyond the stated capacity is generally not permitted. However, requests that slightly exceed the capacity may sometimes be accepted with the approval of the villa owner or manager.
In such exceptional reservations, additional beds, sun loungers, or other amenities will not be provided for guests exceeding the stated capacity.

To reserve a villa, a prepayment of typically 30% of the total stay cost is required. Once the prepayment is made, your villa is officially reserved, securing your holiday dates. The remaining balance can be paid using the methods specified before your stay or you can pay cash on arrival at the time of check in.

The payment process is completely secure, and our team is available to assist you at every step. You can contact us 24/7 for any questions.

Meals are not included in the villa rental prices. Guests can shop according to their own preferences and prepare their meals in the villa’s fully equipped kitchen.
Additionally, guests can explore the region’s fine dining options, including international À La Carte restaurants or the delicious Mediterranean and Aegean seafood restaurants.

Choose Your Villa: Select the villa that best suits your holiday plan and needs easily through our website. You can filter by criteria such as private pool, location, and number of bedrooms.

Fill Out the Reservation Form: Complete the reservation form for your chosen villa and send us your request. This step allows us to place a pre-reservation on the villa for you.

Make the Prepayment and Confirm Your Booking: Once the prepayment is completed, your villa will be fully reserved. Your holiday dates will be secured.

Remaining Rental Balance Payment : The remaining rental balance is paid in cash upon check-in date. Payments by bank transfer (swift transfer) must be completed 15 days before check-in date. Payments by credit card must be completed 50 days before the check-in date.

• Check the availability calendar to see if your desired dates are available.

• If the dates are free, enter your check-in/check-out dates and the number of guests in the “Make a Reservation” section.

• The price details for your stay will appear.

• Fill in the required information in the form under the price details.

• Click the “Make a Reservation” button.

• Your reservation request will be sent to us and reviewed.

• After the review, you will receive prebooking voucher with a notification (e-mail, or SMS etc.) for the pre-payment.

• Once you complete the pre-payment, your reservation will be confirmed.

• Your confirmed voucher will be sent to you via e-mail and WhatsApp.

• Your reservation process will then be fully completed.
